About Harvey
The City of Harvey is a quiet, friendly community with over 200 residents that is located just 20 miles east of Oskaloosa and 15 miles west of Knoxville in Marion County, Iowa. Founded in 1876 by James Harvey, an engineer, and Mrs. Mary Mitchell, an original landowner of the site of the town.
